Henry Russel Lecture

Fawwaz T. Ulaby (Fellow, 1980) is the Emmett Leith Distinguished Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Michigan. He was named the Henry Russel Lecturer for 2014, the highest award bestowed upon senior faculty members by the University of Michigan.
